I hope you can help me decide if I make a good case under EB1A

1. I hold a PhD degree with 15 years of experience ranging from administration to food industry
2. Published 14 papers in international journals and 100 citations (Google Scholar)
3. peer reviewed 24 articles (Publons data)
4. Filed 2 patents and planning to file 2 more
5. Developed a novel food product and it’s launch was highlighted in major news medias including CNBC; without mentioning my name. Here, I can provide proof of this work as one of the patents is for this product

What’s my chances here? Any thoughts are welcome.
