I am looking into the possibility of applying for EB-2 visa. I have understood all the formalities in detail until getting the I-140. Here, is my doubt: I am employed with a US company and working from Europe. I am an Indian origin, born and brought up in India, but currently holding a European Union passport which I obtained through naturalization.
My question is How long do I need to wait to get EB-2 visa appointment?
I understand that in India, one has to wait for up to 10 years to get the appointment. But being a EU citizen, does that make any difference in the waiting period?
