I had a first time DUI arrest on August 2011 not convicted but suspended DL for 1 year.I have following questions related to DUI arrest.
a) My Current employer is initiating the PERM/labor under EB2 green card and they have sent me a questionnaire which I have to fill and send it to the attorney and my employer, there is a question on arrest should I mention yes and disclose my DUI related arrest information? (attached is the screen print of the questionnaire).
b) If I say, will my current employment with the company be terminated?
c) If the company goes ahead and file PERM even after disclosing DUI arrest, what kind of documents would I need to have for any RFE on DUI or while Green Card interview? if so where can I get those court related documents.( I only have attached document with me)
