  • Laid off or unpaid on bench

    a) I got laid off with previous company on 03/30/2017 and found an consulting company for H1B transfer on mid April and they took few weeks to market my profile and to find a job; on 05/26/2017 they send H1b document to USCIS for H1b transfer and I started working at client place on USCIS receipt from 05/30/2017 and I got paystub started from pay period 06/01/2017. In this scenario did it cross the 60 days grace period? What employment dates should be mentioned on the perm questionnaire? Paystubs start and end period or the dates mentioned employer verification/experience letters ?

    b) I had again H1b transfer to different employer on 2018 employer A to Employer B, I had job with Employer A 05/30/2017 until 01/14/2018 and they did not generate paystub while I was on bench for 01/15/2018 to 03/12/2018 and on 03/12/2018 they revoked my H1B. And I found Employer B on 03/30/2018 they initiated H1b transfer and started working at client place from 04/30/2018 and they generated paystubs from 04/30/2018 and this Employer B provided employment verification letter and in that they mentioned as start date 04/30/2018.In this scenario did I cross the 60days grace period? What employment dates should I mention on the perm questionnaire? Paystubs start and end period or the dates mentioned employer verification/experience letters?
