Lost visa refusal letter from German Consulate Bangalore

Hello,

I was denied a schengen visa way back in Jan 2013 and was issued a visa refusal letter. I have unfortunately lost this. Whom should I contact to get a copy of this? Is is possible to book an appointment just for this?

Any help is highly appreciated.
