Long-stay visas: Two separate applications for my wife and me?

Hello, I am applying for France long-stay visa (under the talent-passport category) in India. In my online application, I mentioned that my wife will be accompanying me. Should my wife start a separate application? Should we both book separate appointments thereafter?
