USCIS application changed from Approved to Accepted!!!

My H1b transfer application was approved on Nov 30. Based on this, I have made plans to get the VISA stamped in Chennai.
I already have the hard copy of the approval notice.

Few days ago (17 Dec) the application changed from approved to Received....
