I am currently working on H1B visa and planning to change the employer and take a break from work. As my husband is also working on H1B, i have heard that i can go for change of status to H4.

Can primary applicant change employer from A to B (H1Transfer) when (h4) dependents have only receipt nbr applied with old employer (A) ? Please note dependents don't have H4 approval copy yet. -

Hi All,
Is it possible to get I94 based on i797 approval notice at the port of entry or at any CBP office if I enter into US with my H4 visa once my new H1b got approved.
Note : I have valid H4 stamping in my passport to enter into US and I am not in U.S now.
