Stamping after L1 A Extension

I got my L1 A (Blanket) in Sep'15 in Chennai for 3 years. I filed for extension in US under premium processing and got the approval (I797) last week till Sep'20. I want to know that when I travel to India any time in future, I need to get the visa stamping done. What would be process for that? Since...

Hey,
We are living in the USA since more than 2 years on L1(B) , my wife / kids on L2. We are visiting Pakistan, since their ( Wife/kids) visa got expired they need to restamp. I am filling DS-160 I have confusion for few question. ( We will be applying for Visa from Pakistan )

My Visa and I94 expired on 5/31/2016 and I had my extension approved on 6/21/2016. My extended petition has an I94 slip at the bottom which says valid from 6/1/2016 till 5/31/2017.

If I need an H1 transfer filed to my new company, is it better for me to have a stamped visa on my passport...
