Hi,
I would like to know the USCIS rules on the following situation
Employer A - approved i140 for more than a year
-> now moved to Employer B, let assume B did not file i140 or I wanted to change because I did not like the job after 3 months of employment... -
Multiple I-140 approved.
I have an approved I140 from Employer A. PD - June 2013.
Employer B wants me to join their company and will file for a new PERM in April 2017 and then port my PD.
Employer A will not revoke I140 in case I wish to join back.
I will have 2 approved I140.... -
