Transferring from TN Visa to L2

I am currently working on TN visa while my wife is on L1A visa. I would like to apply for L2 and I would like to know if I can transition from TN to L2/EAD without any job interruptions. Can I apply for L2 and EAD while concurrently holding the TN visa?

Also, can I apply for L2 Visa and EAD concurrently?

I have the same Issue Vic, what did you guys do ?
I haven't find any answer to that, so I guess is going to be get out of the US, apply for the L2, get back in and apply to for the work permit.

Please let me know your comments.
