How to proceed - I have not heard from NVC even after submitting necessary docs/fees
I have applied for mother's Green Card in August 2016. She is in India. After it moved to NVC in April 2017, I submitted all the necessary documents (AOS and Civil documents) and paid all fees in the same month - April 2017. Only one document was submitted in August 2017 as it took some time for me to get. Since then I have been making inquiries with NVC and always told that the case is under review. What should I do so the case is expedited and she gets call for the interview?
I also contacted Senator's office requesting them to look into it.
