USCIS Receipt Text Message (3 - 485,130,765) : 01/26/2017
USCIS NOA in Mail I-797C (for: i130, i485, i765) : 01/30/2017
Case in Progress at National Benefit Centre /MSC. : MSC **** **** ***
USCIS Priority Date : 01/18/2017

Awaiting fingerprint appointment et al.

Timelies

I have filed from Winton-Salem

Concurrent filing ( EB1C ).

Application received on 01/18 for Self, Wife and son (2.5 years)

Ack received for the application received on 01/28.

Biometric appointment received for Wife and son on 02/02. I am yet to get my Biometric appointment letter.

Not sure how the case will proceed for wife and son if my file doe not move - since I am the primary applicant..

Let me know if someone is facing the same issue.

For the fingerprint appointment? Nope, just got a letter in the mail for the fingerprint appointment. As for the receipt of my package, yeah I did get a text/email from them before finally receiving I-797C in the mail.
