I'm currently working as a contractor for a company. That company had initiated an H1-b transfer from my current employer to them.. i.e they are trying to convert me from a contractor to full time. (Filed under premium process) I have just received an RFE for my H1-b transfer. We are in the process of preparing the response for the RFE. In the meantime, my employer has just initiated an H1-b amendment to my current client as my original petition was filed with different client. My question is from the USCIS point of view is it fine to respond to RFE for my H1-b transfer and have the H1-b amendment for my original petition happen at the same time?
