    Hello please advice

I am filing concurrent forms i130, i130a, i485, i693, i765, i864 and the fees for all the forms is $535(i-130) and $1225(i-485, i-765 and biometrics).

I am confused with the cover letter, do I write just one letter for all the forms or separate six cover letters.
also are these forms to be in one single envelope or different for all the forms.

    please advice.

Most people seem to write one cover that encompasses all the different petitions they have filed. They put all forms in one package and send that. Below is an example cover letter you can use as a template.

          Chicago filer

          Hi all,

I'm a Chicago filer. My husband is USC, I'm on F-1 and working under OPT. I'm filling through lawyer and have every USCIS mails delivered to my lawyer's office address instead of mine. So any date listed below of MAIL notice is the date that the lawyer office notify me what they received. Please do your own judgement since lawyer office might delay few days to tell us other than the actual mail delivered date. Here is my time line.

          Forms: 130, 485, 765, 864

          Package mailed via USPS: 5/09/17
          Delivery at Chicago lockbox: 5/10/17
Email & text Notifications: 5/16/17 for all forms
Mail Notifications: 5/24 for all forms (from Lawyer)
          Priority Date: 5/10/17
          Notice Date: 5/15/17
Biometric NOA received: 05/26/2017 with scheduled appt on 06/08/2017

Will keep update. Wish we all good luck!

no since you don't need a joint sponsor. That letter is meant to give direction only and you can interchange things depending on your personal situation.

I'm a Chicago filer. My husband is USC, I'm on F-1 and working under OPT. I'm filling through lawyer and have every USCIS mails delivered to my lawyer's office address instead of mine. So any date listed below of MAIL notice is the date that the lawyer office notify me what they received. Please do your own judgement since lawyer office might delay few days to tell us other than the actual mail delivered date. Here is my time line.

                          Forms: 130, 485, 765, 864

                          Package mailed via USPS: 5/09/17
                          Delivery at Chicago lockbox: 5/10/17
Email & text Notifications: 5/16/17 for all forms
Mail Notifications: 5/24 for all forms (from Lawyer)
                          Priority Date: 5/10/17
                          Notice Date: 5/15/17
Biometric NOA received: 05/26/2017 with scheduled appt on 06/08/2017

Will keep update. Wish we all good luck!

Hello! We have the same date for Biometrics

LOL I tried to walk in for the FP today but the center is so busy. I will try one more time next week. I have a important meeting on the date scheduled.
But the worse case is skip the meeting (which I am hoping not). Wish we all going smoothly! Finger Cross.
