Did my Biometrics on the 9th of August

Am just waiting on a reply from them.

My husband and I are filing from Dallas! My husband is a USC petitioning me, a Salvadorian TPS holder. Back in May we travelled with AP to El Salvador, I was paroled back in with no issues. We are self filing I-130 and I-485 concurrent with all supporting documents/applications.

For the July filers this is where we put most of our updates and as you can see most of us had our biometrics done and nothing has changed since.

Just waiting.
The online page still says case was received on the other forms and biometrics fee was received under the I485.

I haven't get anything about i765 yet. I was so worry about upcoming interview. Anyone see my timeline is so fast and why i got interview letter before I765?

AOS Timeline - Marriage to USC

Hi all, this website has been very helpful.

Here is my timeline for AOS based on marriage to USC
July 3rd - Shipped Docs via USPS
July 9th - Package delivered (my package got mixed up though)
July 10th - Package Received by USCIS
July 25th - Received first update about application receipt (of 10th July)
July 31st - Received NOA1 (Receipts)
August 4th- Received Biometric Appointment Letter
August 14th - RFE (Initial Evidence) email notification.
August 16 - Fingerprinting captured
August 18 - RFE For birth certificate received in mail. I initially sent an affidavit of birth, they insisted on a birth certificate from a particular govt. body.
August 21 - RFE Response package delivered by UPS
August 23 - USCIS received my RFE response

Now its a waiting game!

I read on USCIS website that the date starts all over, but an agent told it does not start all over. Confusing information.

Please share your timelines too, it really helps.
