i am a F1 student in USA and unfortunately i lost my passport in USA and i got my new passport from Indian embassy but no visa stamping on my passport and i came to India for my visa process and they are not giving my visa back i tried for 4 times in us consulate in Hyderabad and i don't know what is the reason is there any suggestions for this case
