    Travelling on Conditional Green Card

    Hi,

    I've a conditional green card which doesn't expire for another year, and I need to make a trip to India for a month. Question: Can I travel as I wish (< 6 months) on a conditional green card? Am I good to go or do I need anything to be able to return?
    (I-485, I-130, I-765, I-131, I-693, G-325, G-325A, G-1145 x 2, Supplemental)

    25th July 2016 Sent Packet to Chicago Lockbox via USPS
    27th July 2016 Packet Delivered
    06th Aug 2016 E-Notifications on Email and Text with 4 Receipt Numbers
    11th Aug 2016 Received I-797C in Mail (Priority Date: 28th July 2016)
    19th Aug 2016 Received Biometrics Appointment letter in mail with fixed date
    01st Sep 2016 Biometrics scheduled

    A conditional green card is the same as a normal green card in terms of validity, etc. Whatever you can do with a normal green card can be done with the conditional green card too.

        Travelled on GC

        Traveled on Conditional GC, no problems at Port of Entry, everything was smooth.
        (I-485, I-130, I-765, I-131, I-693, G-325, G-325A, G-1145 x 2, Supplemental)
