Hi, so you would post it to the Chicago Lockbox. There are two different addresses

USCIS Chicago Lockbox

For U.S. Postal Service (USPS) deliveries:

USCIS
PO Box 805887
Chicago, IL 60680-4120

For FedEx, UPS, and DHL deliveries:

USCIS
Attn: FBAS
131 South Dearborn - 3rd Floor
Chicago, IL 60603-5517

When applicable, you must include a copy of the Form I-797 Notice, showing that your Form I-130 or Form I-360 was accepted or approved.

So if you are sending USPS express or priority mail send it to the PO BOX one and any other express service carrier will go to the second one.

Just google affidavit of support on Google and there are plenty of examples.

the first one is sending your package through Postal Services and the second one is through Express like FedEx or UPS

I have the same dates as you, filing from San Diego I-485, I-131, I-765 (I-130 pending)

Sep 2: Package sent
Sep 5: Package delivered
Sep 10: Received 3 email notifications (late last night)

Now fingers crossed and waiting for biometric appointment.
