Hi experts,
i am on L1 however I got H1 this year through current employer. But I'd like to change employer now.
In this case, do I need to get H1 stamping done before I transfer to new employer? If I transfer to new employer - will there be some concern if I want to get visa stamping? I currently have L1 (expired) visa stamp and L1 extension, but not H1 visa stamp (i got it recently).
Please provide some help in what is best way to handle this?
