Please let me know if i have answered correctly to below questions or not. My previous H1b visa from old employer got expired on Sept 1, 2017 from my previous employer. I have new employer now and new H1b visa valid from 5/16/2017 to 11/19/2019

I have a new I-797 from a new employer/petitioner now. Do I qualify for the Interview Waiver program? The questions asked on the "https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/ApplicantHome" website do not include a question about whether the petitioner is the same or not. This is the reason I wanted to confirm.

Yes

Were you denied any kind of U.S. visa after your most recent U.S. visa was issued?
No

Is your previous H-1B visa (temporary occupation, temporary worker or trainee) still valid?
No - expired on September 1st,2017

Was your most recent H-1B visa (temporary occupation, temporary worker or trainee) issued in India after January 1, 2008?
What to answer here? Yes or No? most recent H1b means from my new employer? or is it most recent stamped in jan 2015 in india for my previous h1b? Let me know what to answer here?
