    I need some help to get less worried hehe
    I came to the USA with tourist visa, and I've been illegal for 1 year and a half.
    I got my EAD and AP approved, and I am going to my home country because my mom passed away last year so I have few stuff to do as I am the only legal responsible person. My parents were divorced and I am the only child... I am just a little worried when I come back with the AP... can I travel without being worried?

    If you're not inadmissible for any reason other than accrued unlawful presence, you'll be just fine

      the only problem is this 1 year and a half illegal.. nothing else.. so I guess I will be fine right.. thank you!!!!
