Mexican woman twice denied a B2 visa to visit the US
I have a friend from Mexico who's tried twice to get a B2 Visa and been rejected twice. She has very discernible ties to Mexico (has a full-time job, owns a small business and has a child), so there shouldn't be any question regarding her returning to Mexico (she plans to visit for a week.) Any advice, suggestions, etc, would be greatly apopreciated
