Is cash in bank considered as a sufficient financial support mean for K-3?

Hi,

My wife (US citizen) and I live in the UAE. We got married in Cyprus 5 years ago and we now have a daughter at the age 2.
My wife doesn't work and she has worked only for part time jobs in the US briefly before she moved here. Now we have some savings and we were considering to deposit them in a US bank account under her name to be used as a mean of financial support in case we decided to migrate to the US. The savings are bit above the poverty line.

Would this be enough?
