Renew US visa with expires after 5 months

My Mom plans to visit USA after 4 months but her Visa will expires after 6 month , Now she is almost 74 years old , So she has to start to applying to Visa again or there are anyway to make it easy

Not sure what you are saying. She can use the visa to enter the US on any day up to and including the day it expires.
