L-1B Indvidual Visa On Hold

Hi,

I applied for L-1B individual visa petition in USCIS and got approved.

I went for an interview yesterday. I answered all the questions. Questions were basic. The VO said he can not find my information in the system. He said this happens often and will be keeping my passport. If my information appears in the system, he said it will be approved and will contact me in case there is a problem.

I track the status of my visa application and it said it is under administrative processing.

Did this happened to anyone here? How many days after did you get an update.

Dont worry !! Your Visa will be dispatched

You will get your visa in another two days time. My friend faced a similar issue at Chennai consulate and status changed from "Administrative Processing " to "Passport ready for pick up".

Quick questions:

Did you attend at the US Chennai Consulate ?
Did you show the I797 approval form to the VO ?
