I'm in my 2nd year of extension. My extension expires in july 2018. I had a change of employer in june 2017. But didn't update it in University. I had an emergency to come to India. So without even informing in University I came to India. My husband is a US Citizen. Is there any chance that I can go back to US on my visa or do I have to go as dependent on my husband's visa. Please help me.
