is there any k1 visa same as us under administrative processing after interview?
how long could take ?
we had interview on 22nd of august,2017, they gave us passport back to me. after that they request resume.
the status changed to application received on 25th of sep. we got email saying to submitted passport on 26th of sep.
before we checked our case, it is the immigration visa as administrative processing from 22nd of august to 25th of sep, after that we checked, it is the non immigration as application received on 25th of sep, we followed up , the case update on administrative processing on 16th of oct. what is going on? thanks.
