i just got married 3month ago, and i have filed in my application for adjustment of status, i have gone for biometrics, my husband just informed me few days ago that he has been in jail 5 good times on drugs but this is over 15years ago. he is a changed person now and he is clean for over 15years. I am nervous since we have now submitted our application, is it going to affect my green card or raise alarm during interview. because i am kind of nervous.
I really need you guys honest advice.

Now you need to sit down with him and get to know each other thoroughly.
E.g past marriages, children, health issues, criminal history and any big deal credit issues, IRS issues. Etc

Not knowing such information is what will affect your green card if the IO ask and there are discrepancies.

They mainly want to know about your criminal record, not his. For him, they will mainly be concerned with his income being above poverty levels
