Invoice Fees paid for child and after few months child gets aged out
Hello Everyone.
I filed petition for F3 (Married daughter of US citizen). i'm US citizen.
06/13/2017 - I got NVC welcome letter
06/18/2017- I paid Affidavit of support fees
07/01/2017- I got Immigration Visa application processing fees invoice for my daughter and son-in-law - did not received fee invoice for my grand son who is 24 years old -- than i called NVC and told them about grand son
07/26/2017- i got updated Immigration Visa application processing fees invoice for my daughter, son-in-law and thanks to NVC for Grand son whose name has been added
07/27/2017 - Paid Fees
08/03/2017 - submitted affidavit of support and DS -260 Forms for each person
10/17/2017 - NVC replied with waiting for visa become current to get an interview date
so the question is when visa become available my grand son might be an age out..!! his date of birth 09/02/1991 , Priority date 09/17/2005 and approval date 08/16/2010.
i'm little confused about informing NVC. should I informed NVC? or should i just wait till get the interview date?
