Are O3 eligible for EAD if AOS is pending

Hello, I have a question regarding Form I-765 for Employment Authorization Document (EAD). I'm currently on a O3 visa and my husband is on a O1 visa. My husband and I are filing for concurrent I140(only for him) and 485(both) under EB2 category; am I eligible to get EAD based on this 485?

Please let me know if you have any information. Thanks!

Anyone and everyone can apply to get EAD based on a pending AOS. Your current status does not matter.
