EAD filled for my wife. Want to Switch job.

Hi,

My Wife EAD is filed for extension. I want to switch the employer. So that will mean that the green card process will start again and a new i140 will be filed by new employer. What impact will it have on my wife's filled EAD?

As long as your I-485 has been pending for at least 180 days, you do not have to get a new I-140; the old I-140 will still be valid even if the employer withdraws it, and you can continue to adjust status on it as long as your new job is similar to the old one.
