Hi,
I works in Employer-Vendor-Client system. My present employer filed H1B amendment due to change in client as well as job Location and received an RFE. My original H1b petition is valid until 09/01/2019.
Now, I got a full time job offer from another company willing to do h1b transfer.
My question are
(1) will I be able to proceed with the h1B transfer with the new employer while the amendment petition with current employer is in RFE ?
(2) Is there any chance that the future employer willing to do the H1B transfer will recive an RFE too?
(3) When my employer is applying for transfer, does he has to file with my Original I-797 or amendment RFE?
Please guide me on this and I appreciate all your help. Thank you in advance.
