Expedite requeste for I 765

Hello,

I have submitted expedite request for I 765 based on financial loss. USCIS have sent me the letter saying i need to submit additional proof, which i do have such as job offer and my wife is in school and all that. My question is

1. Based on your experience what other document i should send besides My wife's school proof and Job offer letter
2. Do they approve I 131 as well with only expedite request to I 765?
3. Any additional comments would be helpful.

I have read that submitting copies of all bills and bank statements would help. Probably her tuition costs too would help
