    How long after i-130 approval

    Hi Guys,

    On August 24, 2017, my I-130 was approved and it's nearly 9 weeks on and I havent heard anything back... Does anyone know what the standard time is and what happens next?

    I'm currently living in the U.K. and my wife is a U.S. citizen living in the States.

    It generally takes 12-15 months from filing I-130 to receiving your immigrant visa

      Thank you, do you know how long after the i-130 approval I would get the filing fee notification?
