Leaving US as H1 is revoked and I want to come back
HI,
I was working for company 'A' and got I-140 then Joined "B" as full time employee, unfortunately part of layoff and my H1 is revoked. I think it is hard to find new client as end of the year and by end of November I need to leave country.
1. My I-140 is active with Company 'A'
2. My Visa is ending by October - 2018
3. My H1 with company 'B' is till Dec-2019 (revoked now)
I think I can come back if My first company 'A" or any other company 'C' files for H1 when I am out of the US I can return using that VISA also, my question is there any time line to get H1 petition get approved while I am out of "US'
