My Application ruturn back to me ??

Hi everyone,
I got my application back to me and its attached with rejected letter says: ( The application/ petition has not been fully completed. one or more of the following field(s) were not completed:
- Address

Well, I am confused because I do not know which address are they talking about even though I put my address correct on the application.
But I'm thinking about my SEVIS's address is different than what I put on the application.
Any help? Ideas guys???????????
