  • Help with I-130 part 2

Good morning guys. I'm starting to fill out the I-130 for the wife. just a quick question on Part 2, line 18. it says "Date of Current Marriage".

    - Do I put the date that I got married to her or the current date, meaning, today's date?

Also, on Part 4, line 17, it ask "how many times has the beneficiary been married?"

    - Since she's only been married to me, do I have put "0" or "1"?

Thank you guys. I just want to make sure the application is error-free

This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.

The date you got married, consistent with your marriage certificate
