Question about Atlas Exchange Insurance Policy

Dear Sir/Madam.

I am Lfrom Medellin, Colombia. I'm 36 years old. I will do a research stay at University of California, UCI, Irvine, U.S. for 6 months, from April 3rd to September 30th. I hold a J1 Visa.

I would like to know if the Atlas Exchange insurance policy meets the UCI’s Health Insurance Requirements listed in the Garnetts Power's webpage (https://clients.garnett-powers.com/vs/uci/waiver/). Actually, I will need a compliance/waiver form to be completed by the insurer. The most important requirements are:

1) Medical coverage per accident & illness: $100,000 USD.
2) Deductible per accident or illness: between $0 and $100.
3) Coinsurance: between 0% and 20%.
4) Medical evacuation coverage: $50,000 USD.
5) Repatriation coverage: $25,000 USD.
6) Pre-existing conditions must be a covered benefit. 6 or 12 months. Pre-existing conditions must also have a $100,000 per illness medical coverage.
PLEASE NOTE: Policy’s with coverage for only “Acute onset of pre-existing conditions” DO NOT meet the UCI's requirements.
7) Carrier must be at least A- rated or backed by the full faith and credit of the Exchange Visitor's government.
