Request suggestion for insurance plan-J1 visa requirement

Dear Sir,

I wanted to take insurance before going to US for a period of 6 months.The benefits that I need from the policy are:

"Health and medical evacuation and repatriation insurance" according to J1 visa requirements of host institution.
