Can an H1B transfer be delayed?
Hello there
I have started working with a new big company for about 5 months now and the HR never gave me the receipt numer or the new I797 form. I've been asking them but now they told me the attorney will ask USCIS for the form again. Is there any way the USCIS delayed the new tranfer or the sending of the form? They're not giving me any detailed informatin and Im affradin they did somehting wrong here. Am I in trouble?
