Hello.
I am aware of the green card restriction to travel, but I am planning to apply only for the EB2 NIW for now. I haven't submitted my application yet
My Visa stamp is expired. Would I be granted a new stamp with a pending NIW case or should i renew before submitting?
If I wait until I re-stamp my visa to submit the application.. would I be allowed to re-enter the United States with a valid J1 visa stamp but an ongoing NIW application?
