L1 Blanket was rejected, Now applying B1
I had applied for L1 Visa base on L1 Blanket petition from my previous organization in year 2010. it was not approved by US Consulate, Mumbai location with remark "your application kept pending under section 221(g) of national and immigration act". The letter was also mentioned that " Please note, your have been not refused; the application has been kept pending under section 221(g)"
Now my existing employee would like me to apply US Business visa. The business visa application is asking few details for previous visa status as mention below :
Has your U.S. Visa ever been cancelled or revoked?
IF YES DATE OF LAST VISA WAS ISSUED
Have you ever been refused a U.S. Visa, been refused admission to the United States, or withdrawn your application for admission at the point of entry?
if yes, explain
Do i need to mention about above L1 Petition was not approved in Business visa application form?
Kindly guide me.
