Hello guys hope you can answer my question. I applied for a B1 visa and I was given a B1/B2 Visa Multiple entries for 2 months and it has an annotation

Now the training was cancelled and my employer booked a new one this December 18, 2017. Can I use the visa even though it does not follow the annotation?
