I am a US citizen. My wife is a German national with dual citizenship from Colombia. entered on an ESTA permit twice in 1 year, on the 2nd entry we marry in Fl. We went for our honeymoon/vacation overseas and re-entry the US. The officer/agent upon re-entry extended her permit to stay for an extra 20 days or so. She then leaved the country on the last day allowed/stamped in her passport.
Question 1:
Even though she leaved the country after the original 90 days of the ESTA permit but still within the time allowed in her passport upon the vacation/honeymoon re-entry, is that considered lawful? Did she overstayed?
Question 2:
What is the best way to go in order to bring her back to the US with her minor child to live with me? Forms to file, the right thing to do.
