Visa expired but valid i-94 and i-765

Hi, sorry if the question has been asked already.

I would like to know if I can stay, work and leave the US (vacation time) and come back with an expired Visa knowing that I have a valid i-94 and i-765
- I-94 expiration date is March 19 2019
- Passport expiration is February 5 2019
- I-765 expiration is March 19 2019 (L1-A)
- Visa (paper in my passport) expired in Nov 12 2017

So 2 thing as I said. Am I still legal in the US (staying and working).
Am I allowed to leave the US and come back for vacation time.

What do you mean by "you have an I-765"? I-765 is a form to apply for an EAD (I-766). People on L-1 generally do not get EADs.
