I-140 RFE after changed job under AC21 provisions

Hi,

In November 2016, I filed I-140 and I-485 under EB1 multinational manager. In August 2017 (i.e after 180 days), I changed roles to a new company under the AC21 provisions. In November 2017, USCIS issued a RFE for the I-140.

It seems that for whatever reason, the previous company is not willing to respond to the RFE with details that it was approvable, though I no longer work there.

Are there any options available to me? Very much appreciate any advice.
