    Hi everybody first time posting here, so I'm a US citizen by naturalization and I'm sponsoring my wife, she is already living in the US and been working here for several years with H1B visa, she also will be helping meeting the income requirment for I-864.we just need someone to double check the documents that we are sending to make sure we are not missing any or that we are not sending extra stuff. Note that I already sponsored my mom back in 2014 and she got approved I'm assuming I need to add her as a debenadant in form I-864 even tho I don't add her as a debendant on my taxes is that corrent ?? also I had to send my birth certificate while sponsoring mom do I need to send it this time or not ??

    Here is the list of Documents that we are going to send.

    I-130, Petition for Alien Relative
    • Payment of $535 payable to Department of Homeland Security
    • Form G1145 E-Notification of application/petition acceptance
    • Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative
    • Form I-130A, Supplemental Information for Spouse Beneficiary
    • A copy of US citizenship certificate
    • A copy of marriage certificate
    • Form I-94 Arrival-Departure Record
    • Two identical color passport-style photographs of petitioner and beneficiary(Placed in a envelop, labeled with full name)
    • Copy of resident lease signed by both of petitioner and beneficiary
    • Copy of joint bank account
    • Copy of wedding photo


    I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status
    • Money order of $1140+$85 made payable to Department of Homeland Security
    • Form G1145 E-Notification of application/petition acceptance
    • Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status
    • Two passport Style Photographs of the beneficiary (Placed in a envelop, labeled with full name)
    • Form G-325A, Biographic Information of Alien Relative
    • Copy of passport page with passport numbers
    • Copy of passport page with non-immigrant Visa
    • Copy of passport page with admission or parole stamp
    • Copy of Beneficiary’s I-94 Arrival-Departure Record
    • Copy of Beneficiary’s Birth Certificate
    • Copy of Beneficiary’s Translated Birth Certificate
    • I-693 Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record (In a sealed envelope from civic doctor)


    I-864 Affidavit of Support
    • Copy of sponsor's federal income tax return for the year 2014,2015,2016
    • Copy of W-2 for the year 2014,2015,2016
    • Copies of the last 6 month pay stubs
    • Copy of sponsor's US citizenship certificate
    • Copy of intending immigrant's federal income tax return for the year 2014,2015,2016
    • Copy of intending immigrant's W-2 for the year 2014,2015,2016
    • Copies of intending immigrant's the last 6 month pay stubs
    • Copy of intending immigrant's current/future employment verification letter

    I-765 Employment Authorization
    • Two identical passport -style photos
    • A copy of last EAD (front and back).

    I'm about to file for my spouse and my form list is the sameas yours .Did you file already ? One thing I noticed is that form I864 and G325A have expired in mid of 2017 and I'm unable to find these forms with new dates.

      Read the I-485 instructions carefully. G325A is no longer needed because the newer version of the I-485 covers that information.

      You will be fine as long as you are printing the most recent forms directly from USCIS.gov.
