Hi Everyone
Need some help here. My Mom is currently a Green Card holder. She travels back n forth between India & USA. This has been her routine for a while now. She has not accumulated enough time to apply for her Citizenship as well (she stays for 2-3 months here in US and then comes back within 1 year). She wants to surrender her Green Card and then apply for visit visa so that she does not have to come every year.
Has anyone been in this situation before?
Wht are her chances of getting Visit Visa once she surrenders her Green Card?
