    • Has any January filer raised a SR? Is it still early to do it? (Considering this month is when we are reaching the 90 days).

Do you think I will get a RFE because I won't submit a 2017 tax return? I am planning on sending my package in mid January and by then, I am simply not able to show any 2017 tax YET... but by the time they actually get to read my application, they might want to see it?

How will you handle this situation?

          Thanks & Happy Holidays!
I filled on junuary and my enterview is on may this year... I live in Los Angeles ... I didn?t receive my work authorization but my enterview is already done.

If you don't mind, may I ask what they requested through RFE to you? Because I received RFE for form I864 and submitted on 8th march as well.

I got a RFIE for form I-485. Since my sponsor (husband) does not make enough money (he does have 50+k on his savings account), I counted my own income to meet the 20k threshold. We did submit an extra letter explaining the situation and attached so many documents showing that I lawfully and legally earned this money (I am on F1, OPT). My lawyer even said that there's no way we'd get a RFIE...... well...... anyways.. my status is no longer on hold as of March 8. Haven't heard anything since.

                • Filed I-30 and I-485 end of Jan. 2018 - no NOA yet

I?ll keep this brief - I?m working with an incompetent lawyer (unfortunately) who claims he sent my application to the Phoenix, AZ lock box on Jan. 23rd 2018. Neither of us has received any NOA and I called USCIS and they said I?m not in the system.

Anyone else apply in Arizona? Lawyer says they?re back logged but it?s been 9 weeks and zero confirmation or acceptance of anything pending.

                  Beyond frustrated!

I think your lawyer sent your co-current filling to Wrong place. (Its just my observation. if you filed co-current, your package should be sent to CHICAGO lockbox address)

If you are filing a standalone Form I-130, and you live in:
Alaska, American Samoa, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Guam, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Northern Mariana Islands, Oklahoma, Oregon, Puerto Rico, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Virgin Islands, Washington, Wyoming
                    Mail your application to:
                    USCIS Phoenix Lockbox
For U.S. Postal Service (USPS) deliveries:
                    USCIS
                    ATTN: I-130
                    PO Box 21700
                    Phoenix, AZ 85036
For FedEx, UPS, and DHL deliveries:
                    USCIS
                    Attn: I-130
                    1820 E. Skyharbor Circle S
                    Suite 100
                    Phoenix, AZ 85034

If you are filing Form I-130 with Form I-485 (co-current), and you live in the United States:
                    USCIS Chicago Lockbox
For U.S. Postal Service (USPS) deliveries:
                    USCIS
                    P.O. Box 805887
                    Chicago, IL 60680-4120
For FedEx, UPS, and DHL deliveries:
                    USCIS
                    FBAS
                    131 South Dearborn-3rd Floor
                    Chicago, IL 60603-5517

Please Refer to this Link : https://www.uscis.gov/i-130-addresses

Also, if you filed to correct address, you should be receiving your NOAs in 2-3 weeks like others.

Ask him for the tracking number.

I went to a lawyer too and he asked me too much for a simple service, in my opinion. My case is pretty basic.
I decided to do by myself and it took me a few days until I feel comfortable with all the information were right. It have been 2 months and I got my NOA and I already did the biometrics. I think it is gonna work fine without RFIE..

That's because their system has technical issues...

Here is the email to Lockbox support. [email protected] I found it here. https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/direc...sing-tip-sheet

"Application Sent to the Wrong Filing Location

If you sent your application to the wrong filing location, we will forward your application to the correct Lockbox facility. If the application is not processed by a Lockbox facility, it is returned to the customer.

If customers or their representatives have specific cases where this is not happening, you should provide additional information to [email protected] and we will make any required corrections."

                              Hope this helps.

Ok my friend here is my story... I filed concurrent in the beginning of October (last year) and it took me about 14 weeks to get my receipts of NOAs. I was going nuts. The reason why is because my lawyer did not send my paperwork until the end of December, but he did not tell me. He was just making sure he had done everything right. Every time I called him to ask about what was going on his staff told me to keep waiting... to make the story short I am grateful with him because he did a great job. I have not received a RFE (thank God), and appreciate him taking the time to prepare a well prepared case. I got my NOA on January. My PD is January 4th and I did my Bios on January 31st. It?s being 91 days since my PD and 65 days since I did my Biometrics. Now I am currently waiting for my Combo Card. Just hang in there my friend. Everything will pay off.
